Job Description

Due to the dynamic development of Untold Tales, we are seeking support in the financial and HR area. The position offers both office-based and hybrid work (location: Wroclaw).

Daily Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial reports and statements for internal and external company needs,
  • Handling company documents, drafting contracts and annexes, managing company documentation,
  • Actively participating in the company’s budget creation process, verifying and analyzing data,
  • Issuing sales invoices, monitoring payment deadlines, overseeing purchase invoices, preparing internal settlements within the company,
  • Ad-hoc tasks, possibly related to games – according to preferences 🙂
  • Experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of financial and HR issues enabling independent work,
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) at a basic to intermediate level,
  • Minimum communicative proficiency in English,
  • Communication skills and willingness to work with people – we are open-minded and value a good and open atmosphere 🙂
  • Organizational skills, accuracy, meticulousness, punctuality, etc. – typical characteristics of a finance employee 🙂
