The following Cookies Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing data on Devices of Users using the Service for the purpose of providing services electronically by the Service Administrator.

  1. INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES
  1. The types of cookie files are as follows: 
  1. Internal Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service’s ICT system.
  2. External Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the information and communication systems of external Websites.
  3. Session Cookies – temporary files placed and read from the User Device by the Website or External Services during one session of a given Device, i.e. until logging out, leaving the Website or switching off the software (Internet browser). At the end of a session, files are deleted from the User Device.
  4. Permanent Cookies – files placed and read from the User Device by the Website or External Services for a period of time specified in the parameters of cookie files or until they are deleted by the User. The files are not deleted automatically after the end of the session of the Device, unless the configuration of the User Device is set to the mode of removing Cookies after the end of the session of the Device.

  1. The mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies do not allow the retrieval of any personal data or any confidential information from your Device. Transfer of viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the User’s device is practically impossible.
  2. The Internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User Device.
  3. Third For the security of Cookie files from external Services, the Administrator is not responsible. 
  1. PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED
  1. Improvement and facilitation of access to the Website – the Administrator may store in Cookies information about the User’s preferences and settings concerning the Website in order to improve, improve and accelerate the provision of services within the Website.
  2. Marketing and advertising – the Administrator and External Services use Cookie files for marketing purposes and serving advertisements to Users.
  3. Statistical data – the Administrator and External Services use Cookies to collect and process statistical data such as e.g. visit statistics, statistics of User Devices or statistics of User behaviour. These data are collected in order to analyse and improve the Service.
  4. Social Services – the Administrator and External Services use Cookies to support social services.
  1. THE POSSIBILITY OF DEFINING STORAGE AND ACCESS CONDITIONS ON USER DEVICES BY SERVICE AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

  4. The User may at any time delete any previously saved Cookie files using the Device tools.
  5. Restricting the storage and access to Cookies on the User’s Device may cause malfunction of some functions of the Service.
  6. The Administrator does not bear any responsibility for malfunctioning functions of the Service in the event that the User limits in any way the possibility of saving and reading Cookies.
  1. CHANGES IN COOKIE POLICY
  1. The policy shall apply from September 29, 2020.
  2. The policy shall be continuously reviewed and, where necessary, updated.
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Policy without the need to inform the Users about it. 
  4. The introduced changes in the Policy shall always be published in the Service.
  5. The introduced changes shall come into force on the day of publication of the Policy in the Service.
